How do MoonRattles subscriptions work?

A MoonRattles yearly subscription provides you and your family with the heritage holiday kits from one country for either three kits (1/2 a year) or 6 kits (a whole year). We will mail the kits to you on a schedule, each arriving two to three weeks before the holiday. You will also receive additional materials as part of the subscription. Subscriptions free you up to enjoy the holidays and build traditions with your family. When you order a subscription, you will receive the next 3 or next 6 kits to be shipped. They also make great gifts.

When will I receive my holiday kit?

Heritage holiday kits are shipped on scheduled days to arrive two to three weeks before a holiday. In this way, you have the kit when you need it, not too early and not too late.

Can I track my package?

We will offer package tracking soon on our site. In the interim, if you wish to track an order, please email us at orders@moonrattles.com, referencing your PayPal transaction ID or call us at 800-961-6073.

How are packages shipped?

For orders within the United States, we ship USPS Priority Mail for all kits and USPS First Class or Media Mail for all book orders. For orders outside the United States, we utilize USPS Air Mail for all kits and books with expected arrivals 7-10 days after shipment.

Can I give a MoonRattles kit as a gift?

Absolutely. As you go through the on-line ordering process, provide us the recipient’s mailing address. We will also include a handwritten note if you will fill out the gift note text message during ordering.

Is it safe and secure to order online?

Yes! We take every precaution to ensure transaction security. We use standard Internet protocols, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL), for transmission of sensitive data. All account information is safely isolated and stored according to industry standards. Nevertheless, if you would prefer, you may call or fax us with your order information.

What are my payment options?

We accept Paypal options (including major credit cards accepted by PayPal) via our online ordering process and MasterCard and Visa by phone and fax. If you would like to send us a check, you may print the order form from online and mail to us with your check.
